The lovely *Losmios challenged us to an Autumn Art Circle, so I finally was able to sit down and paint my picture for it. This is actually based off a photograph taken by the people who now own the half-arab that I used to have. That's him on the right. I thought it was a lovely photo and offered to paint it for them, and they were delighted to let me borrow it for a reference. :aww:

PS CS2, Painter X, and mouse. Somewhere between ten and fifteen hours.

I'm really happy with this. I like the painty feel to it.

That background makes me so happy feeling. Brilliant, I love the colors. The reflections in the water are spot on my friend :heart:
